Walk-In Interview Details

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in the OSD Production and Packing departments, your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas.
- Handling RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling machines as per SOP/BMR.
- Managing batch packing activities, including Dispensing, Line clearance, Over printing, Blister/carton specimen approval.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of primary and secondary packing machines in line with SOP/BPR.
- Executing and reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Conducting daily cleaning activities and preventive maintenance of machines as per the schedule.
- Periodically reviewing and verifying e-logbook entries.
- Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities, such as Deviation, Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Desired Profile
To excel in these positions, you should possess:
- Qualification: B Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5+ years
